Tumbler Processing

2-4 weeks or sooner then the project ship date.

Once you place an order it cannot be cancelled for any reason unless I initiate it myself.

Items are created by me and original product and can be recreated but will never be the exact same. These are handmade and may have minor imperfections may occur, it is not a machine creating and no handmade product is flawless.

Once items are shipped I cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes or the package not being delivered, or delivered to the wrong address. You are responsible to contact USPS and file claim with the tracking number you are provided.

Hand wash only, not microwave safe, not dishwasher safe, do not leave in hot cars/ or high temps or direct sunlight for long periods of time. DO NOT DROP! White cups or cups showing lots of white tends to eventually yellow over time even though the epoxy I use is UV resistant epoxy that slows down the process. To help slow down the process keeps cups out of direct sunlight as much as possible.
